Inquiry & Quote You reach out with your idea (design, colors, size, deadline). I’ll reply with a detailed quote and timeline.
Order Confirmation Once we confirm the details, I’ll send an invoice for a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your spot in my queue.
Deposit Payment Your commission is officially submitted when the deposit is received. I’ll purchase materials and schedule your project.
Work in Progress You will be notified when your project is next up in the queue. I’ll keep you updated with progress photos and check in if I need clarification on any details.
Final Approval & Payment When your item is finished, I’ll send photos for your approval. The remaining 50% payment is due before shipping.
Shipping Once paid in full, your item will be carefully packaged and shipped. I’ll provide tracking info so you can follow its journey!
